  • 7-15 days to arrive in the USA, Ireland, UK, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, New Zealand, Australia, and the Netherlands;
  • 10-30 days to arrive in other countries.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is generally free with Loftlola.
However, some exceptions include regions like Bahrain, UAE, Albania, Croatia, Isle of Man, India, Israel, China, Taiwan, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Egypt, South Africa, and others, where a fee of $99.00 applies.

How will I get the confirmation details for my order?

During the order process, we’ll keep you informed through multiple emails, such as confirmation of your order and shipping updates. If you don’t see these emails in your inbox, be sure to check your junk or spam folder. If you realize there’s an error with the email address provided, just reach out to us, and we’ll correct it for you.

How can I check my order status?

You can track the status of your order by entering the following information:

  • Your Order ID (it starts with LFA… followed by 4 numbers);
  • The email address you used to place the order.

If Your Order Includes Multiple Items

Since we ship from various international locations, orders with multiple items may arrive separately at different times. Each package will have its own tracking ID.

Where are your products shipped from?

How do I cancel or modify my order?

If you wish to cancel or change anything about your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing it at contact@loftlola.com.

After 24 hours from the purchase, we are unable to process cancellations as the package has already been shipped. We process orders very quickly to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, no changes can be made.
